Ban on Cinema Hoardings :Latest Decision
The AP film chamber has taken a new decision that the movie posters should not advertise on hoardings and vinyls.This Rule has came to Existance since 1st November 2012. This will effects the small budget movie, However Big budget movies doesn't need that much of promotion. An Issue is going on the same, lets see how long this continues.
